Our Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for safety signs under the following conditions:

a. The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
b. The product received is different from the one ordered.
c. You have received the wrong quantity of items.

2. Notification of Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the order. You can reach us at 010 746 3547. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if the product is damaged.

3. Return Procedure

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the eligibility for a refund or replacement. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, as per your preference.

5. Exclusions from Returns

We cannot accept returns for safety signs under the following circumstances:

a. Signs that have been used, altered, or modified.
b. Signs returned without the original packaging.
c. Signs that were not purchased directly from SafetySignsForSale.

6. Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
